  I contacted Griffins for funeral flowers for my aunt who passed away a week ago at the age of 102. I 'requested' any type of red cardinal that might be inserted with the flowers (as a hotel person, I totally understand the word 'request' but I also chose a specific floral arrangement showing on the website that was entirely red and white flowers ONLY. I specifically said 'only red and white' for a reason......the service was today. The flowers were lovely - apparently no cardinal could be found but adding additional colors of flowers? Why did I bother to explain what was important to me when no one was listening?

  Griffin's flower design went above and beyond today! They were so amazing. My mother and I came in with an odd request to have an OSU themed arrangement with added Brutus stuffed animal and they were so helpful! The designer came over to let us know what would look the best for our idea and even added to our theme with additional buckeyes to make the arrangement as beautiful as possible. Their customer service is so fantastic and they are the nicest flower shop we've ever used. I will be recommending them to every one I know. We will definitely be repeat customers! Thank you so much for making a rough time easier :)
